Commissary Kitchen was started as a grand idea to help serve our local producer community. Then it was shared because utilizing local products is so incredibly important for our contribution to the food service industry. We wanted to be able to give small scale producers and farmers market vendors an opportunity to have a commercial kitchen. We wanted to include amenities that would allow members, to try out new recipes, cooking ideas and a business plan, without having to personally invest in building a commercial kitchen. Partially funded by a Go Fund Me for our Bonafide community, it’s turned into everything you could need to pursue your culinary or food service goals! Trees, pots and shiny fixers, giant rockets and everything you could possibly dream of in a community commissary, running on a sliding fee scale.
