Antonia Armenta-Miller

Antonia Armenta-Miller, known affectionately to friends as Anto, wears many hats. Sometimes she stacks two or three on top of one another. Race-car driver. Eagle Medicine Woman. Motorcycle badass. It often seems as if Anto lives ten lives at once – a beautiful turbulent existence that reflects her bombastic free spirit. What has always buoyed that spirit is her identity as a chef – a celebrity chef. If you talk to those that know her best, you’d soon find cooking is what she was born to do.

Brian Miller

The Bonafide dreams all started with Brian. Too many months on a mountaintop, riding snowmobiles and taking hunters into the woods, sparked his desire to find another passion. Many, many episodes of Food Network television made him think about starting his own food truck. About two years after we left the mountain, that dream became a reality. Brian is the literal foundation builder of Bonafide. He stripped an old bread truck, designed & built it out, has constructed all of our off-site location kitchens, and all of our corporate buildings. He even came up with the name and how it represents what we are- Real and Genuine. There really isn’t a vision that he can't bring to reality.

When we get ready to go on major events, Brian is the man that packs all the gear, makes sure that the trailers are ready to roll and everything is mechanically sound. Brian truly is the perfect example of what Bonafide represents.

Chef Michael

Chef Michael Mericle, was literally a miracle for Bonafide. When staffing was hard to find and the world seemed upside down, he was there. He came to us as our daughters, a former downstairs neighbor in New Orleans. When the Covid pandemic hit, he sold his restaurant of many years and was open to new adventures out west.

Chef Michael had the chance to choose something different within the industry where he could showcase his diverse skills. We were truly blessed for him to choose to come to us with his culinary talent, dedication, excellence, and loyalty to great food service. We are so tremendously honored to have him serve beside us, with us & for us. Chef Mick, as we call him, brings his love of food and andcise event management & skilled logistics to every event we are apart of.

Jannifer Armenta

The oldest of our tribe of three comes to help when the seasons of life allow. Jannifer went to hospitality and restaurant management school, at Roosevelt University in Chicago. She resides in the City of New Orleans and has held a wide variety of positions within the industry. We are always thrilled when she shares her knowledge and talents with us. She has helped in our assorted family catering businesses since she could do dishes and fold linens. She brings her true talents to customer service and hospitality management for big catered events like Wyo Rodeo and Sturgis. She was also the smiling face behind the Sunshine juice truck as the opening manager in 2020!

Jann exemplifies the family motto of work ethic. Meaning she works until the job is done right.. Just preferably after 10am... Watching her morph into an early bird when the job calls for it is always a special treat!

Walker Mcmillan

The middle son, our “mountain goat” as he is often referred to in the family, would much rather get something done than cook a meal.. He is really great at mac n cheese though!

Growing up in Kansas at our family cafe, with dirt streets to roam when there weren't tables to bus, or high up on a mountain top at a 5-star lodge in the wilds of Wyoming, he can go from front desk manager, to hiking guide to, front of house server- always with the utmost attention to the detail.

Walker is our master organizer. He’s excellent at making sure everything we need for a catered event or remote location set-up is all there before we roll out.

His big smile and quick wit make him the perfect expeditor for our food truck windows. He makes sure all the tickets stay in orderly fashion. From street service to Sturgis you never know where he will turn up.

Hunter Mcmillan

We call him Bubba- He is the cowboy kid who cooks. Having had a hearty appetite as a boy and being in this busy family, he taught himself how to cook by being a great helper and learning quickly that he was going to have to feed himself if he wanted to eat! Always the observant prep cook, he took his talents into pack and hunting camps, dude ranch kitchens, and many of our family's off-site adventures.

Hunter always has a positive attitude about the task at hand, whatever that may be. We’re always a happy Bonafide family when the youngest comes home from ranch life to help us out with special events.

Kristen Sine

A year and a half ago we had the privilege to meet Kristen while she was visiting town with a dear friend. She stopped by the day before we were getting ready to leave for Sturgis. She spoke her manifestations to the universe that one way or another, someday, she would come to work for this company. A year later, she has become one of our most faithful and foundational employees. Her joy for the job and her desire to exemplify what it means to be real and genuine inspires us daily.

Kristen crafts food and events through love and excellent customer service. She is a banner employee and represents all that we love in the industry.
